Work, Energy, and Power: Energy conservation, efficiency, and kinetic/potential energy formulas. Deformation of Solids: Stress, strain, Hooke’s law, and elastic/plastic behavior. Waves: Progressive waves, Doppler effect, and electromagnetic spectrum. Superposition: Stationary waves, diffraction, and interference. Electricity: Electric current, potential difference, and resistance/resistivity. D.C. Circuits: Kirchhoff’s laws and potential dividers. Particle Physics: Atoms, nuclei, radiation, and fundamental particles (quarks and leptons).
